Tanya started with Sims Crane in 1995 as a receptionist working her way up to her current position which is the receivable account manager. Her fields of expertise are Florida construction lien law and collections.
Morgan Hollister

Morgan grew up in the construction industry and has a deep rooted passion for cranes. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008 with a BA in Psychology and has spent the last several years developing her career in the construction industry. Since joining Sims Crane in 2014, Morgan has been involved in all facets of our business and continues to support all of our employees statewide.
Jerome Willis
New Equipment Sales Manager
Jerome Willis started his career with Sims Crane & Equipment in March of 1982 after serving for 4 years in the United States Air Force. He has served as the New Equipment Sales Manager since 2007.
Erika Sims
Vice President
Erika began her full time career with Sims in 2004 after studying Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Florida. After 7 years heading up the safety department she moved to sales in 2010. She has worked in departments ranging from billing, collections, human resources, safety, customer relations, rebuilding the safety and sales department, and helping to develop internal corporate culture.
Deborah Weber
Chief Financial Officer
Deborah brought more than 25 years of accounting industry experience to Sims Crane in 2014. She specializes in Florida Sales and Use Tax and holds the CFST designation (Certified in Florida Sales and Use Tax). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Accountancy degrees from the University of South Florida. She is also a CPA.
Dean Sims II
VP of Marketing
Dean studied philosophy and business at Southern Methodist University and began full time at Sims Crane in 2005. Over 14 years working in and around the crane industry, he has engaged in all aspects of the business from contract negotiation and logistics to building and developing the corporate marketing program.
